Hi guys, can anyone recomend me a rod to pair with shimano sienna 2500d? Preferred to 6ft for both sw and fw luring

I would think a 6~14lb light or 8~16lb medium light weighted, fast action rod would do.

If I were you I'll work backwards. You probably want 150 to 200m of line in your reel, so you're probably be looking at 10 to 15 lb braided. Just nice for the rod specs above.

You can look at salty fighter or salty chief. I've been using the 6ft salty fighter rod for the past 2yrs at kelongs off mersing and it's been serving me well. Price of the rod is ard ur budget($60+) and so far reviews for this rod has always been positive.
