Some places better when there is a decent current flow and other sites require as little as possible (eg. narrow channel), so there is no right answer for your question. More import is where you're going. Asking the boatman might help, but unfortunately all boatman tells the same stories because they want to make a living.

Also,2 take note of the weather forecast on the date itself,wind also plays a very critical role in getting fishes n less choppy water u wil njoy entire fishing trip..... ......
Most likely u wld encounter heavy downpour,strong wind n mass under current on the day of fishing...... ......Fyi 15 days in Aug wil b wet...... ......
