I am thinking of building my own rod, more just for learning and to have some fun while at it and using my own creation sound good too.

I am a rod building i_diot so bear with me. I want to look for a Fast, Light/Ultra Light weighted blank, any brand will do, 6' one piece. Anyone knows where can I get this for the least $? What will be the cost be for such a piece? This is a trial pcs so the more economical it is the better Smile

Is there such things as EOM blanks in the market?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

All fishermen are liars except for you and me, and to tell you the truth, I'm not sure about you.

I have a Silstar traverse-X beachcaster, willing to let go top half of it at SGD30.Have bind the broken mid-section, if you saw it off will end up as a 2pc 7ft rod. There are no guides, had removed them to use on a better rod. PM me if interested.
Another I have is an Abu ultra cast 10ft, broke at the joint balance 5ft. Letting off at SGD20. No guides too.
There is no decal for the ultra cast to proof it as I have dumped the lower half since it is badly splitted.
