I would like to ask what does Line Capacity (No.) means, example (twinpower SW TP4000XG have line capacity of 3.5/170)

I understand that 3.5 is the line rating, and 170 is meter.

1 line rating = how many lbs?
3.5 line rating = how many lbs?

4 lbs = what line rating in terms of number stated in the catalogue.
conversion factor?

The No refer mostly to the PE rating suitable for use on the reel.
