Hi guys, my boatman just called to cancel my trip tomorrow saying a typhoon will hit over the weekend, anyone heard about this? funny thing is my diving groups etc all no news about this, and this is the 2nd time he cancel on us.
And if there really is a typhoon, better spread the word and be safe don't go.
Anyone willing to share you boatman contact? so that i can get a 2nd opinion and replacement boat.

There isn't a typhoon in Malaysia.
The actual typhoon is blowing off the coast of Philippines and Taiwan. As with most typhoons in Philippines, they usually bring about foul conditions in South China Sea - so happen Malaysia eastern coastline is exposed to it.
