30th June 2012 SATURDAY

2 kaki last seen them last year came back. Too bad today also a very low bite day. Hope to see then again. Not next year I hope.

1st July 2012 SUNDAY

1st day of a new month July. What a big difference compared to yesterday. What a good day to start a new month.

2 regular kakis brought a new fren. started at 8am. Tried 3 locations until 10am, NO BITE. Went to my old KBL spot. Actions started, Groupers, more groupers, one KBL, 3 big pulled all the way, sangkut... Kaki very green in fishing could not & did not know how to handle..

1.30pm, I had to change to a new spot, yes...KBL, sweet lips,... Not bad for today. Kakis verty happy & see them next month.

2nd June 2012 MONDAY

Ken & friend ( 2 person ) had been my strong supporter lately. Just came not long ago & today came again.

First location straight to the fish farm. Kaki drop line , big & strong pull straight away, all the way down & caught the kaki off guard.

He tried to pumped up but too strong & went down again & sangkut......

Shortly after he hooked on a big one, yes...KBL, I rushed to take the net but the fish was too strong, twisted in the water & the hook got straighten & ...Bye-Bye....

It was only around 9.30am, we taught that today would be like yesterday but..............it went NO BITE or little bite until about 2.30pm, action started getting better.

End of the day, it wasn't too bad but not what we have expected because of yesterday results. kakis still happy & seeing them again very soon

3rd July TUESDAY

A 4 hours day trip.

2 regular ( sorry, could not name who & no photo..hahah )brought their 2 " aunties " today.

First stop, NO BITE,,,, looked at the sky, bad sign....surely,no bite all the way & the sky was getting darker & darker & strong wind & rain finally came. We had to hide at Kertam Channel.

It was NO BITE all the way. Sorry my frens....

3rd July 2012 TUESDAY

Andrew & a new kaki came for the time for 4 hours night trip.

We went out at 7.30pm. To the fish farm, yes...one KBL,, small bites....& quite down on the second hour.

Looked at sky, not very nice at all...3rd hour, lighting started strongly, I told kakis it was bad to fish already & it was going to be bad weather soon.

3 & the 1/2 hours, looking very bad, NO bite also. I told kakis to make a choice, to get very cold & wet or go back immediately. Decision was to go back. Good choice...... Back to Ponggol Marina, rain started, 3 of us rushed & get to our cars....Shortly after big heavy pour came...........

4th July 2012 Wednesday

Joe & 4 new boys came today at 3pm for a short trip. It wasn't good for fishing today. Wasted a lot of time at far Changi, already reached Hundai.

I extended one hour time for all & did not charge Joe on extra fuel. He knew when I told him the charges. No worries, my friends.

Hope to see those boys again.

5th July & 6th July

Super raining day on the 5th & went to see new client at Bukit Timal Condo on the 6th. Secured a new renovation job...Yea.....

7th July 2012 SATURDAY

Mel & friends came again, also his wife. So happy to see all these regular kakis.

First half of the day so so, second half also so so, overall so so for the day............... We missed one big KBL & one ??? fish. Too strong...line burst.....

Must change your main line my fren.

See them next month.

8th July 2012 SUNDAY

Mathew & 2 other regular came today. Last month, I cancel their trip due to my engine could not start-up. Very happy to see them today.

Again, like these few days, biting was weak, first half was so so, second half towards end of the trip I went to my old spot, haha....3 landed, one was a good size grouper... yea.....

Kaki happy today despite the weak biting today. See them next month.

9th July 2012 MONDAY

Super regular Ken & friends came today for day trip.

Morning, more on small snappers, went drifting landed one KBL. total missed 4 solid once, a big waste......

Towards end of the trip, landed 2 sweet lips, small groupers. Thanks ken, see you very soon.

9th July 2012 MONDAY

Evening 2 hours super short trip. Super nice guy & super regular B came with his father. I actually told him today may not be easy to fish, but he still came. Thanks bro.

NO BITE............man, I sure owe him many KBL & many many thanks for the makan & KOPI all the time.........

12th July 2012 THURSDAY

Arvin brought 2 new kaki here this morning. Weather was good, water looked good, Prepare to hook-on some goodies.

Firtst stop, No bite.....Second stop, No bite.........Third stop, small groupers....... Fourth stop, No bite.......... Lunch break...

To drifting, one small KBL around 500-600g......Next....No bite....


All in all missed 2 solid once, one hooked on, pulled & burst line. The other no strong to pumped up, both by Al girl....

Is very low biting rate. Hope to see the 2 new kakis again because Arvin is coming one day later with Candy...yes...........

14th July 2012 SATURDAY

Arvin & Candy brought a new kaki today. A was here 1 day ago & today he told me he was going to teach the new kaki...hahaha....very good..

First stop, 2 good size snappers & small snapper. Super good start.but..............................the rest of the day was very poor, sky getting dark, rain started again............wind turning cold & noon onwards, started super rain again. Of course, it was, NO BITE..............

Anyway, Thanks to Arvin , Candy & Ryan ( I think is correct ) They were still OK. My boat stirring cable went Bongus, we had to come back by me holding to the engine behind . I also had to cancell few trips.. What the @@###$$$&&&***^^^****%^%^

Sorry to Owen, Ken, Tommy, next 3 trips have to cancell. Hopefully the cable can be changed by Thursday, otherwise got to cancell more trips.

16th July 2012 MONDAY

Changed stirring cable, spark plug, engine oil, oil filter, new prop, & other accessories..All good to go..........
