Hi, im an owner of a Okuma magnetix mg15cs, mg20cs and mg30ls. Im proud to say im very happy with the magnetix series and will continue to use it on my fishing trips. Bt recently, my beloved mg20cs suffered some damage due to mishandling.

I tried to look for parts at tackle shops bt failed to find any. The parts that im looking for is,
Mg20cs main side plate. Key no: #200 Parts no: #12001014
mg20cs cast control spring.

Do you have these parts? Pls get back to me asap on this as it is quite urgent.

These are old models and when we took over the distributorship, we do not have these reels and parts. However, we will drop a note to Okuma factory to check if they have parts for these reels. We will get back to you soon.

Needed a spare part for my reel too but when I went back to the previous dealer, they will just state that they are not the dealer anymore and will refuse to even lift a finger. Although I could see quite a few Okuma boxes in the shelves behind and there should be some spare parts lying around (assumption).

Was not exactly pleased when I left and in fact was very dissapointed with their service.

As they were still selling 1 or 2 Okuma reels, I wonder if anything happens to the reel within the warranty period what would they do? Hmmm...
